    Hi,

I am a Child Development Counsellor specialized in working for children with Autism, ADHD and Asperger's, currently working for DW Autism's online community.

Having worked with such children for the last 28 years, there are 2 things that I have learnt:
    1. A lot can be achieved through intervention strategies that with empower your child to seamlessly integrate into our modern society.
    2. Its never too late to make a start.
Looking back into the 80s, the Internet, as we know it today, was practically nonexistent. Even worse, was the lack of knowledge and social empathy around Autism.

Adding salt to injury, expert care was also hardly affordable.

Fast forward 30 years, a lot has changed. Internet has opened up a world of opportunities when it comes to the availability of learning and behaviorial therapy strategies for children with special needs.

Yes, with the right tools and early intervention techniques, we can BEAT Autism and help your child develop to become a productive and valued member in the multicultural society. And that is the mission we live by at DW Autism!!
